Provide details such as the transaction date, merchant name, and transaction value. Your next credit card statement will reflect this arrangement.

Remember, the conversion of transactions to the installment plan should be done within 5 calendar days from the transaction date. For instance, a transaction made on December 26th, 2023, should be reported to the HNB Call Centre or through the website by December 31st, 2023.

Important to note: Transactions converted to Easy Payment Plans within 5 days of the billing cycle will reflect in the subsequent billing period. During this time, the cardholder needs to settle the stated amount on the statement, and the installment plan will commence from the next billing cycle onwards.
